Not to hurt anyone's feelings.  But it sounds like there is NOT any good way to surgically deal with Dark Eye Circles.  For right now, you have to "live" with them and/or try to topically treat them the "best" you can.

I thought that fat grafting was becoming an option....with technology the way it is and these circles being one of the biggest cosmetic issues there are you would something is on the way. I would think that dark circles could be minimized by treating the broken capillaries that are near the eyes....like mine. I would take a few wrinkles any day over the circles. I think that blepharopsy (cant spell it...eye surgery) may not get rid of them but it may improve the appearance somewhat by pulling up that skin and reducing that hollow look. mine are worsening because of the sagging and if i can pull that skin back up the circles were more manageable.

I keep trying new things that I think might help solve the problem.
Nothing seems to work.

I'm currently trying another solution to see if that works.  I hope so.
