Even if there does happen to be some type of surgery for Dark Circles,
doctors can't guarantee the results.  

Would you be willing to accept these RISKS?

* Worse Dark Circles.
* Infection.
* Vision Loss.
* Blindness.
* Need To Totally Remove Eyeball.

The most important thing is to find a great doctor. Doing so would nearly eliminate all those risks. You must be willing to spend a couple of extra bucks to ensure a quality procedure. I was lucky to have such a great doctor near my home and my surgery changed my life.
