| Do you think that spending a lot of time in front of a computer or tv screen can cause dark cirlces? I think that it absolutely can. I'm the only one in my family that has got dark circles, and I'm also the only one that spends a lot of time in front of a computer screen. What about the rest of you? Are you heavy PC users like me, or do you rarely use one at all? |

I believe so yes, me and my dad are the only ones who spend a lot of time on the comp and we both have raccoon eyes, right now I'm trying to break this habit by simply avoiding computer use unless its a dire emergency, same goes for TV. My theory is that when we strain our eyes, the muscles in our eyes have to work extra hard to concentrate and over time those tiny purple cappilaries break and leak resulting in purple bruised appearance.
So my advice is, try to break the habit, unless you need to for work and drink lots of eyebright tea. |

| My works require me staring at the laptop for 8 - 10 hours per day.. Thus I always look out at the window to view the greenery to relax my eyes.. |
