I know that when I lost a lot of weight several years ago, for about 6 months I had horrible dark circles underneath my eyes.  It took about 6 months for them to go away.

Ironic -- I finally looked great because of the weightloss -- but not great because of the circles!

Perhaps you had some temporary vitaman deficiency along with your weight loss?  That's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head that might cause that.

I'm thinking FourBear might be right, at least that's the only thing that makes sense to me. Seems I have had dark circles for years, so I don't know if they were worse after I lost weight. Wish I could discover the cause of mine.

Weight loss and dark circles definitely sounds like a vitamin deficiency.  Fizz, you might be lacking in some vitamin(s) and/or mineral(s) that is causing yours even though you feel fine.  You can try taking a low-dose multi-vitamin and your body will just pass the excess of most vitamins through if you don't need them.  There are a few that you don't want to have too much of such as Vitamin D and Iron (you CAN overdose on these) as well as a couple others but normally we are low in those as well so the risk is very low.
Try the vitamins for a month or so and see if there is any difference.  Worth a try anyway. Smile
