Chamomile as well as Peppermint Tea Bags work well. Not only does it work for the dark circles, but it also works against the puffiness under the eyes.
Make yourself a nice cup of tea and then use the used Tea Bag fresh from the brewing. |

Thanks for the tip, I haven't tried this one yet. Something for the puffiness would be helpful |

I love this blog! I've always had a problem with dark circles! And ur right...tea is a really good pick me up to brighten the eyes.
I've always used green tea bags on my eyes...they work really great because green tea is high in antioxidants, contains an antiimflammatory, and helps with blood circulation...I drink 1-2 cups a day so I keep the used tea bags the fridge and pop it out when I want to treat my dark, puffy eyes (hereditary...sigh)....or I'll just make a cup of green tea, let it cool, then dip cotton pads in it and place them over my eyes for 10-15mins...I use the rest of the tea as a toner or a compress for my whole face (refines the pores!) and store any remainder in the fridge for later use. It's cheap and effective. And one last tip: It's always best to get organic green tea! They're alot safer. |

| I personally prefer using peppermint teabags because the smell of the peppermint really calms me, as well as gets rid of dark circles. |
