OK, if you don't know what Oil Pulling is you can find more here (copy and paste if link doesn't work as I've wrote it correctly but I'm using Firefox not Internet Explorer):
http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/oil_pulling.html
Basically, it seems to be a cure for everything but world hunger apparently, so, I'm skeptical about these claims, but I have nothing else to try for my circles so what the hell.
I'm going to post every third day and hopefully we will see if it can cure dark circles. I'm using cold pressed Sunflower Oil which is what they recommend, so time to start. I'm on day two at the time of writing this article so will do first post tomorrow:
Day 3:My circles seem lighter today, however. I'm not getting my hopes up that it's because of the oil as my circles have been this light a few times before. I hope it is the oil though.
Day 6: Same. Never had my circles stay this light for this long actually.
Day 9: Same.
Day 12: Slightly darker. That might be my fault though as I missed two sessions and had my once monthly Chinese takeaway : s |
