My sister takes a glob of vasoline, puts it on a metal spoon and freezes it for 15 minutes. Then she applies it to her eyes for a few minutes.I have yet to try it but it might help someone else if it helps her. Let me know if you try it.

It does help temporarily. It makes the skin glow and look less ouffy.

I have heard of alot of treatment but I have never heard of this one. I will definently have to try it. And the great thing is that I have these ingredients in the house already. Thanks
