I have really bad dark circles and have tried loads of products to reduce them but nothing ever works. Is there actually anything on the market that can help even a little bit?
I think mine is mostly hereditary, although i'm sure my one eye is worse than the other since i had a mountain bike accident a few years back and gave myself the biggest black eye ever!
Has anyone been to their local doctor about their's and if so what did they say? I feel like going to mine as they really to get me down sometimes and i just want to try and do something about reducing/getting rid of them. |

I actually approached a skin specialist before but there was nothing that he could do other than providing me a eye cream. Bought the eye cream, tried it for 2 months but still no visible results.
However, I think it’s still worth a try though. At least you will know which won’t work for you. |

I think i might just go to my doctors for advice, although i am slightly apprehensive as i don't think my doctor is that good, and he'll probably say its hereditary and there's nothing he can do. Oh well guess i can try.
Out of interest, how many people here are male and how many female? I'm a male and in terms of cover-up, i think there is a lot more out there for women and it's easier for them to cover-up. |

| I'm female and I have never thought about it from the male perspective. I guess concealers and makeup might be a bit strange for many men to wear. |

It's not like i can walk into a shop and ask for advice from a makeup consultant either! Plus i think male skin is quite different to female. |
