Has anyone ever used Hylexin? What did you think about it? Was it worth the price? How long did it take to work?

I haven't heard of hylexin but I have heard of hayloxyl. If they are anything alike the hylexin will help to break down the dead blood cells beneath the skin that are causing the darkness. Hayloxyl has been proven to do this but it is so expensive. I'm trying a product with hayloxyl in it and will let you know how it does.

I have never used it personally and can't say for sure, but from places i have read were people complained that it did nothing, which was astonishing for the horrid price. I think you would be better to start with a script of Hydroquonine from a dermatologist.

I would be weary of hydroquinone, its a strong bleach, of course depending on what percent you get, but its commonly used in lightening brown spots from hands, or acne scars. Consider the fact that it burns away the top layer of the skin to reveal the newer layer, but I wouldnt use it under eyes, the undeeye skin is the thinnest along with lips and such strong chemical can take serious toll which will result in burning, itching, premature wrinkles or worse.

i've tried hylexin, teamine, chanel, and pretty much every brand available at a local drug store. the first three were the most expensive, esp hylexin and none of them did anything to improve my dark circles/bags. i dont think my bags are due to lack of rest or allergies... i think its just genetics. i'm not sure if these products are only meant for people that have dark circles/bags occasionally, but it definitely does not work for someone born with dark circles. hope this helps!

Well, I had to try it. It cost me a small fortune to get the tube all the way to my house (about 260US$). I have now used it twice daily for more than two weeks and no results whatsoever!
Flushing the money down the toilet would have been easier. |
