Most of us probably know that food items are often not very good if
the Expiration Date has passed.
However, creams, drugs, and/or medicines are another story. I've looked
at several creams for treating serious dark circles. They were all "on sale".
Probably because the Expiration Date had passed.
Do creams, drugs, and/or medicines lose their effectiveness once the
Expiration Date has passed? |

| I'm no doctor or physician. But expiration dates are there for a reason, so I would say maybe it'll have a negative effect, such as burning of eyes, skin etc. Maybe simply be ineffective. I don't know but I wouldn't buy it and consult the store manager for trying to sell expired products. |

I have always paid attention to the Expiration Date on food items.
However, I never paid attention to the Expiration Date on products at
the drug store. Until yesterday. I saw a "On Sale" sign and quickly
completed my purchase. It was just 1 minute before the store closed.
There was no Expiration Date on the sealed package.
The product was in a sealed package and I didn't open it until I got home.
There was an Expiration Date on the inside. It had passed. My store receipt
said: NO RETURNS OF SALE ITEMS. I can probably still use the product,
but it might be less effective. I shall see. |
