Does anyone else find themselves doing this because they don't "feel good"
about how others will see them?

Yes.This happeneds to me all the time and its hard to look someone in the eyes.Especially when its meeting someone new.Worst feeling ever!

Thanks for sharing how it is difficult to may good eye contact with someone.

A lot of people have told me that I'm:  bad at meeting people, shy, or just
have a poor meeting invitation.  Huh?  I'm only trying to minimize how
much of my serious Dark Circles they might see.  Give me a break!
