I couldn't believe what I saw at Wal-Mart today.

A guy with DARK black-blue tatoos under his eyes!

This blog has a log of folks who are trying almost every possible solution
towards getting rid of their DARK circles.  I'm very curious about just why
this guy had those tatoos.  Sure, they attract attention.  I couldn't stop
looking at them and thinking that that guy must be "crazy" to look like a
pirate, vampire, Halloween character, etc.  Sorry if I sound offensive at all.

Any ideas about why anyone would want to have DARK circle tatoos?

People will do crazy things for the sake of attention, theres a show called Taboo on discovery and some guy, in Australia I think, had his pupils injected with black dye, so he looks possesed now. The procedure is irreversible, so sucks for him if he decides he doesent want it anymore because nobody will hire him.
